Prof. Dr. K. Serkan Orhan, MD

Prof. Dr. K. Serkan Orhan, born in 1976 in Tokat, is a renowned specialist in otolaryngology. He initiated his medical career in 1999 upon graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Istanbul. He then completed his specialisation in otolaryngology at the same institution in 2004.

Dr. K Serkan Orhan's Professional Experience

In 2003, Prof. Dr. Orhan expanded his expertise towards rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery through a residency at the ORL Department of Radbound University in the Netherlands. He has since accumulated his professional experience at multiple prestigious facilities, starting with the Memorial Sisli Hospital for a year after graduating, followed by two years at the private Capa Hospital, then two more at the Turkish military's Karamurselbey Training Center Command, and then with the Medicalpark Group and Nisa Hospital for a year.

In 2010, he returned as a specialist to the University of Istanbul, Department of Otolaryngology - an institution he regards as his home. Since his return, Prof. Dr. Orhan has been focusing on surgery of the ear and base of the skull, furthering his education in 2012 at the Royal National Ear Nose and Throat Hospital in London, England.

Aside from serving as an active faculty member at the university, he is part of the team at Memorial Bahcelievler Hospital. His remarkable career and relentless commitment to the medical discipline demonstrate his high competence and devotion to the well-being of his patients.
