Had an excellent experience utilising Qunomedical and the AllDent Dental Clinic in Istanbul. Dr Ali and staff were very attentive and all processes explained through out the treatment. From initial pick up at airport to treatment completion was very well done and any technical professional can instantly see Dr is indeed a master of his trade. Although the treatment I had was 20 crowns 10 upper and 10 lower, I recommend do your research before committing. ( it’s intense) We are now 2 months down the line everything is fine, no sensitivity, no paid, eating is normal. Highly recommended

2nd treatment appointment. After I received complete veneers in the spring, now 4 more implants were placed. I am 100% satisfied. The treatment was excellent. Dr. Ali Riza Altun did a great job and the whole organization of Qunomedical was top from a-z. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Nobody really likes going to see the dentist and it's especially worrying when travelling to an unfamiliar place to have treatments done. However our experience of Alldent was very positive. The team couldn't have made us feel more welcome and when Erdem met us at the airport he was able to very quickly set our minds at rest. We were made to feel like we were in safe hands from the moment we arrived in Turkey until the moment that we left. Erdem provided clear translations for us throughout the consultation process, carefully explaining what procedures the dentist was recommending and he took time to explain to us all of our options. We were then given a detailed treatment plan outlining, what would be done over a five day period. This was really helpful as it allowed us to plan for other activities in Istanbul. During the treatments, the dentist was gentle and patient and managed any pain sensitively. The whole team was very friendly and accommodating towards us. We do have some feedback for the practice which we believe would be helpful with making the whole experience even better. Firstly, It would be good to leave with written and detailed aftercare advice for each patient. That way we would know what to expect in terms of healing and how exactly to take care of our dental health in the weeks after treatment. Secondly, it would be useful to know about expectations around payments. That is, exactly when the clinic expects to receive part or full payment for the treatment. A clear outline of the agreed payment plan would therefore have been helpful. Finally we would recommend Alldent because ultimately we are really happy with the outcome.

Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay especially yusa, seher & adum as well as all the dentists at all dent who could not Have done more for us however, Scott who originally connected us to the dentist who I believe is from Germany gave us false information from the start which made things a little frustrating throughout failing to make correct arrangements Leaving us very worried as he had only booked 4 nights instead of 5 and failed to tell us paying on card would incur a 10 percent charge, luckily yusa, seher & adum sorted this problem for us incurring less costs and the hotel stay for the extra night without there help we would of been a little lost in another country, so I thank them for there help throughout my stay.
